Laura’s Corner Store

Please note that Laura’s Corner Store does not offer complimentary returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Section 1 – Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included and intact.

  • The product must show only normal handling; damage caused by negligent or improper use is not eligible for return.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • Any defective or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Laura’s Corner Store reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping. Returns will be processed within 7 working days after receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed during this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse, excessive wear, or damage not caused during shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Used personal items

  • Discounted items or products purchased as part of promotional bundles or combo deals

  • Latex products (due to their delicate and stretch-sensitive nature once worn or handled)

  • Bikinis and underwear (for hygiene reasons)

We strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the process.

Section 2 – How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@laurascornerstore.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photographic evidence (if applicable, such as damage or incorrect item)

    • Full name

    • Shipping address

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and authorised return number.

Please do not return items without prior approval and an authorised return number. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Section 3 – Sizing and Order Accuracy

Please carefully review product descriptions and size guides before placing your order. Laura’s Corner Store cannot be held responsible for incorrect size selection.

However, customer satisfaction remains a priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work toward a fair and reasonable solution.

Section 4 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers (individuals purchasing for non-commercial purposes) have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

Because orders are processed automatically, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been dispatched. Cancellation is only possible after receipt of the goods via the return process.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly via email. The withdrawal is considered complete once we receive the returned goods.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Section 5 – Shipping in Transit

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until the goods have been delivered.

You may inform us in advance of your intention to withdraw so we can assist you once the shipment arrives.

For efficient processing, we recommend providing shipping confirmation when returning your order.

Section 6 – Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding original delivery costs (unless you selected a non-standard delivery method).

Refunds will be issued:

  • Without undue delay

  • No later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods

  • Using the same payment method used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed)

No additional refund fees will be charged.
